If Bakewell puddings and tarts are your thing, you'll find no better selection! Great range of savoury food and hot and cold drinks too

In Bakewell you'll pay tourist prices but this is very reasonable (and recommended) given it's location. Cappuccino (£2.65), pot of tea (£2.25), traditional bakewell tart (£4.75), bakewell pudding (£4.75, only found in Bakewell), toasties (from £5.95), quiche of the day (£5.25)

No racking at the cafe, but in the nearby carpark on Granby Road (turn right out of the cafe and first left), you'll find lockable racks

Limited indoor seating and sadly none outdoor, but why not takeway and enjoy beautiful Bakewell (there's a great spot by the River Wye)

Bakewell is a lovely but popular town in the Peak District and makes the perfect pitstop for a cycle in the Peaks (I can recommend heading past Chatsworth post pitstop)

As the name suggests you can guarantee to find the famous sweet treat of Bakewell here! A little less hectic (and touristy) than The Old Original Bakewell Pudding Shop just down the road, you will find every combination of the Bakewell Tart (modern twist) and Bakewell Pudding (traditional) there is.
