Two brothers serving the hip Monmouthshire town of Abergavenny with superb coffee, freshly baked pastries & cakes and ice cold pints, perfect for those exploring the Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog) and beyond whether that on two wheels or feet.

With a superb sheltered outdoor seating with easy access for bikes and plenty of space inside the hip, modern interior it’s the perfect pitstop before heading up The Tumble onto the famous book town of Hay-on-Wye or east towards the Skirrid (Ysgyryd Fawr) via awesome, quiet Welsh roads.

The superb coffee is from Big Dog Coffee Roasters in South Wales, also run by two siblings.

Cakes on our autumnal visit included a Biscoff cookie cups, Bakewell tart blondies, cookies, iced sponge or carrot cake, almond or plain croissants and pain au chocolat.
