Situated high above the River Wye and nestled between the counties of Gloucestershire and Herefordshire within the Forest of Dean is a fantastic independent cafe serving up breakfast bites, lunches and cakes with one of the most iconic view in Gloucestershire.
With plenty of seating outdoors, it’s ideal for large cycling groups exploring the Wye Valley and scenic nearby roads around Ross-on-Wye, Hereford and Monmouth.
Breakfast baps are available until 12 and include a variety of sausage, bacon, egg and mushroom options with vegetarian and vegan options too. As for lunch there’s large selection of paninis, toasties, sandwiches and rolls alongside soup, local sausage rolls & pasties, burgers and hot dogs.
For those looking for something sweet cakes include lemon, coffee & walnut, double chocolate and a fab fruit cake. There’s also caramel, millionaire, brownies and maple and peanut slices, of which many are vegan friendly too!
Coffee is supplied by Bristol Twenty coffee roasters and their bread comes from The Crusty Loaf bakery in nearby Coleford.
