Roots is a community run coffee shop, refill shop and community hub found in the centre of the cathedral city of Gloucester. It’s run as a social enterprise meaning very reasonably priced food & drink, alongside one of the warmest welcomes we’ve experienced – a real hive of activity inside.

There’s a vast selection of refillable goodies available; pick n’ mix, nuts, dried fruit, chocolate covered everything and much more. Additionally if looking for something sweet their daily cake specials include delights such as a moreish peanut butter & jam oaties, old school sponge cake, chocolate tiffin, Oreo brownie, rocky road and range of pastries.

Be sure to stop by when exploring Gloucester’s Cathedral, it’s historic docks or the nearby Cotswolds ANOB and help support this excellent social enterprise.
