Within the 12,500 acres of the Rhug Estate you’ll find their extremely popular organic farm shop and cafes located beside the busy A5 trunk road, a main thoroughfare for visitors heading to stunning Snowdonia and beyond.

You’ll find a busy outdoor takeaway hut along with indoor cafe serving up produce made with their award-winning fresh Rhug Organic meat and many other local suppliers. What’s more there’s even a drive through for those arriving by four wheels and in a hurry!

If you’re arriving by bike the chances are you’ll be sitting out front on the large patio seating area, complete with sheltered enclosed cabin and wood burning stove (during the winter) to the right. With food served from the ‘On the Hoof’ takeaway hut you’ll find their famous ‘Rhug beaters bap’ complete with bacon, sausage, egg and hashbrown in addition to a great range of Rhug estate burgers, sandwiches and toasties, jackets, pastries and other hot food choices.

Heading indoors to the farm shop you’ll find a large range of cakes and sweet treats along with a deli counter serving up pies, scotch eggs (including black pudding), quiches and much more – there’s even delicious Rhug estate honey for sale!

For those visting during wet weather, the modern indoor cafe serves up a similar menu with the addition of salads, wraps and cakes and is located to the right of the farm shop.
