We had the full Welsh breakfast and eggs on toast with beans, both were extremely filling and perfect for our mid-way pitstop on our 100 mile circular route around the southern Brecon Beacons

There's no immediate nearby racking but there's space around the seating out front to rack your bike

There's plenty of indoor seating alongside a good number out front too, although admittedly you've views of the busy A40

Located on the edge of the Brecon Beacons and a popular cycle point on many a-route Llandovery is an ideal pitstop to rest those legs from the hilly ascents nearby

Popular Victorian tea room situated in the Welsh market town of Llandovery, a popular gateway into the Brecon Beacons National Park for cyclists, walkers, motor-bikers and tourists alike.

Step off the busy A40 main road and inside you’ll find plenty of space for cycling groups for all but the largest. There are a number of tables out front too, although do note it’s along the busy A40.

On the menu you’ll find all your usual cafe favourites; full breakfasts, breakfast baps, omelettes, sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes, soup, frittata, scotch eggs, quiche or larger basket meals.

Welsh sweet treats include Bara Brith (fruit cake with butter), Welsh cakes, raspberry & oat crumble, shortbread, fruit scone, lemon cheesecake, Austrian coffee cake, Bakewell tart or double chocolate brownies.
