Situated just four miles south of Weston-super-Mare, in the small village of Bleadon is a fantastic farm shop and cafe serving up affordable breakfasts & lunches using locally sourced ingredients, homemade cakes and plenty of space inside and out for cycling groups of all sizes exploring north Somerset.
For those earlier risers you’ll find their famous ‘Bleadon breakfast’ alongside a larger size, poached egg on toast and sausage or bacon baguettes. As for lunch there’s a range of filled baguettes including a lemon & pepper chicken special, jacket potatoes, quiche, homemade soup, cheese ploughman’s, nachos and larger plated meals too (lasagne, ham & chips, scampi).
Cakes and pastries vary by the day where on our last visit they featured a lemon & elderflower cake, pastel de nata, chocolate twist, cherry & chocolate shortbread, chocolate brownie or cherry Bakewell fondant.
Inside you’ll find plenty of space, making it ideal for groups of all sizes and advanced bookings are most welcome. Situated out front is a sheltered seating area with a quick turnaround and plenty of room to keep an eye on your bikes.
