You don’t need to get caught speeding for lunch here, an unusual place for a cafe but one that serves up excellent cake, coffe and a varied brunch/lunch menu.
Visited during lockdown, there’s a large enclosed garden in the old excercise yard, littered with paraphernalia from it’s past as an old prison along. There’s also plenty of indoor seating in the modern glass lined cafe where you’ll find a wide selection of homemade cakes and traybakes.
Situated on the Fosse Way just outside of Northleach, you’re right on the doorstep of some great cycle routes – check below for some inspiration.
