Great coffee has finally meandered into the riverside market town of Upton upon Severn! Stepping inside the hip, bijou coffee house you’ll find the very friendly owner and fellow cyclist, Jason serving up his own coffee roast, a small selection of baguettes & toasties and range of homemade cakes & bakes.
On our summer visit the cakes included a cookies & cream, carrot, coffee & pecan, sticky toffee Biscoff, Bakewell, choc-o-lot or cardamon & milk berry slice, Queen Vic sponge or salted caramel brownie. Other sweets featured a lemon tart, Portuguese pastel de nata (custard tart), fruity flapjack or cinnamon bun.
As for savouries these change but the week, oon our summer visit the menu featured a ham & cheese, mozzarella & pesto or tuna & cheese hot or cold baguette alongside toast & jam, ice cream tubs, frappes or milkshakes.
