New to 2021 and set in the beautiful village of Chaddesley Corbett along the picturesque High Street is a hidden delight, open from brunch to dinner, serving up delicious home-cooked food with tasty daily specials. There’s plenty of veggie and vegan options, freshly ground coffee and the staff are extremely welcoming to cyclists.

For brunch you’ll find their famed ‘full house’ and veggie breakfast along with varying fresh sourdough baguettes, Croque Monsieur/Mes Amis, rarebit, scrambled eggs on toast, eggs Benedict, smashed avo and rancheros to name a few. If looking for something different give their take on Turkish shakshuka a try, traditionally a North African dish comprising of spices, eggs and tomatoes, here it’s made green instead with asparagus tips and broad beans (there’s a vegan option with jackfruit and smoked vegan cheese too)!

If you’ll looking for something sweeter you’ll find it hard to resist their infamous double pear Scotch pancakes, served either with clotted cream, chocolate and hazelnut or a vegan coconut cream and biscuit spread. There’s also two delicious granolas, warm blueberry and banana muffins, pastries and the cyclists favourite, toast and jam – with a biscuit spread option!

Whilst visiting we tasted their raspberry and white chocolate cake of the day, it was superb and one of the best I’ve had – top marks to the chef!

As for space, there’s a fabulous outdoor terrace accessed from the nearby side road with plenty of seating and room for your bike in addition to plenty of seating inside their meticulously dining area – do book ahead.
