Found within a historic barn on the 150 acre Waseley Hills Country Park is a bustling cafe with superb views across Worcestershire and serving up affordable and delicious hot food, tasty homemade cakes and savoury snacks for both walkers and cyclists alike.
Offering great value for money, lunch includes a selection of hot & cold sandwiches and toasties including sausage & red onion marmalade and chicken tikka. There’s also a great range of salads and light bites with all your cycling staples; toasted teacakes, scones (including a cream tea) or toast.
As for cakes the specials board on our last visit featured a delicious Bakewell slice (pictured), mocha muffin, toffee & cherry square, orange Aero rocky road, chocolate & coconut slice and range of flapjacks.
Set in the quiet, wooded country park there’s plenty of seating outdoors surrounding the cafe in addition to a sheltered outdoor seating area around the back and plenty of seating inside too. Larger groups are welcome to ring in advance.
