A warm welcome always awaits at this popular family run cafe, set beside the River Teme and serving up excellent value brunches, lunches and homemade cakes to locals and cyclists alike.
Out front there’s plenty of seating to rest those weary legs next to the river alongside plenty of seating inside too. Groups of all sizes are most welcome and foot or tables can be arranged in advance with the extremely friendly owner.
Those looking for breakfast and brunch will find all their usual staples here on the all-day menu including a full and small English, veggie or vegan breakfast, omelette, varying ‘on toast’ options, and butty or baguette sandwiches.
For lunch there’s soup of the day, garlic mushrooms on toast, jacket potatoes, a range of baguettes & sandwiches, chicken wings and a Ploughman’s to name a few. There’s also larger meals; a beef or veggie lasagne, battered cod, chicken curry burgers and spinach & ricotta cannelloni.
As for sweet treats during our last visit they included millionaire shortbread, brownies and sweet scones, alongside freshly ground coffee too.
