A favourite destination amongst local cyclists and the hub of the village, at The Old Post Office you’ll find bikers, hikers, dog-walkers and horse-riders alike. Whether just stopping by for a coffee and breakfast bap, a slice of homemade cake or after a fantastic lunch you’re in for a warm welcome and scenic surroundings.
On the menu you’ll find everything from freshly made toasties – including our favourite ham and cheese melt, wraps, hearty soups, jacket potatos, burgers and much more. For those looking for cake, you’ll always find a slice of their fabulous Victoria sponge cake and cream tea menu in addition to specials such as their brownies, rich fruit cake and millionaire shortbread!
There’s limited seating available inside the quaint and cosy interior of the Cotswold stoned building, on busier days why not takeaway and enjoy your delights on the village green or on the seating out front.
As an aside don’t let the name fool you, there’s actually a modern bijou post office inside too along with a great antiques selection for sale too.
