A hidden gem in southern Shropshire, just a short cycle away from the hilly ascent of Clee Hill. Located on the outskirts of the village of Cleobury Mortimer along the Bridgnorth Road, is a fantasic cafe and garden centre serving up delicious cakes along with great savoury food too.

With plenty of seating it’s ideal for larger cycling groups. On sunnier rides their outdoor seating area offers uninterrupted views across the Shropshire countryside and for those chiller months, the superbly decorated interior provides a must needed pitstop.

There’s always a varied selection of homemade cakes on offer, our favourites include the cherry Bakewell and mint chocolate chip cake slice. You’ll find plenty of cakes, tray-bakes and doughnuts along with gluten free cake options and as you’d expect delicious flapjacks for that slow release energy too.

If looking for something savoury, you’ll find everything here from their full English/veggie/vegan breakfast, to deli rolls, paninis, jacket potatos, quiches, soup and the cyclists staple, sausage and bacon sandwiches and toasted teacakes.
