Great freshly ground coffee and Tea Pigs tea!

taste

The muffins are always a winner for us - the spiced apple is delicious. As for brownies we can highly recommend the Oreo!

selection

As a coffee house it's all about the coffee, cakes and sweet treats here. At time of writing there's no savoury food options but the cakes are fab and well worth sampling!

value

Cappuccino (£2.60), tea (Tea Pigs, £2.00), muffins (from £2.50), pastries (from £2.20), cookies (from £2.30), traybakes (from £2.00)

storage

Sadly there's no nearby bike racking (with the nearest at Tesco to our knowledge). However, takeaway and enjoy your cake in the scenic and bustling market square outside

groups

For smaller groups there's limited space inside within one of the cosy seating levels, however larget groups will need to takeaway due to the nature of the building size

location

Stow-on-the-Wold is a superb pitstop when exploring the North Cotswolds, just a short distance from the Cotswold jewel of Lower Slaughter - well worth a detour) and with Broadway, Bourton-on-the-Water, Ilmington and Chipping Campden just a short cycle away!

A quirky, independent coffee house found nestled at 800ft in the highest Cotswold town of Stow-on-the-Wold, famed for it’s honey lined coloured streets and where seven main roads meet, inlcuding the famously straight Roman Fosse Way.

Inside the quaint coffee shop you’ll find a tasty range of cakes, traybakes, pastries, muffins, sweet snacks and delicious coffee. There’s plenty of seating set on several levels with homely decor and comfy sofas, making it an ideal retreat to rest those legs on those winter rides.

Famed for their fabulously moist muffins, we can highly recommend the spiced apple and raspberry & white chocolate. Additionally other goodies you might find (varying each day) include a ‘Brownie Jack’, a combo of flapjack and brownie, Oreo brownie, iced cinnamon bun with pecan, caramel slice, triple ginger and huge range of cookies. See our pictures to get an idea of what treats you may find :).
