A recently opened, family run cafe in the heart of Ludlow, just a short meander from it’s 11th century castle and with an emphasis on freshly cooked dishes, seasonal specials, homemade cakes and great coffee.

At breakfast, goodies include scrambled eggs, smoked salmon & beer bread toast, grilled bacon & Perl Wen (cheese) bap, bacon & egg bap, devilled mushrooms and of course a toasted tea cake. As for lunch there’s their famous Butty Bach Welsh rarebit & chutney or chilli jam, vegetarian quesadillas (VE available) and pork and fennel ragu to name a few.

For those looking for something sweet you’ll find their own delicious pancakes, affogato, cream scones and a superb selection of homemade cakes – the gooseberry and coconut is devine.

Out back there’s a delightful enclosed garden complete with side access, making it perfect for larger cycling groups. Additionally inside the meticulously designed interior there’s plenty of seating and you’ll find their a fantastic selection of cakes on display.
