The 100% arabica bean coffee is sourced from Hundred House Coffee, alongside loose leaf teas from Trumpers Tea of Hereford and milk from nearby Mawley Town Farm


The Greek Labneh doughnuts and lemon scones are unusual treats we highly recommend trying, alongside their Neals Yard goats curd soft roll


Delicious breakfast, lunch, cake and coffee is all available here form either their serving hatch in the green or their terraced seating area

There's no nearby racking but there's plenty of space on the green for a short picnic or prop up your bike beside the riverside terraced seating


For larger groups we'd recommend taking away and enjoying your delights directly outside beside the River Teme and weir. There is limited bookable seating inside too

Found beside the River Teme in the shadow of Ludlow’s 11th century castle is a superb family run takeaway and cafe serving up delicious breakfasts, lunches, cakes and coffee with superb riverside terraced seating.

There’s soft rolls sourced from nearby Swift’s bakery with fillings ranging from a filled breakfast to chicken, cauliflower pakora, Neals Yard goats curd or pulled pork with 5 spice, pickles and slaw. Larger appetities will also find a large selection of tempting burgers and daily small and larger plate specials; Scandi smoked salmon, lamb shawarma and cauliflower pakoras to name a few.

Early risers will find a range of full English, veggie and vegan options alongside delicious porridge bread served with preserve, ‘on toast’ egg options and American pancakes. Additionally there’s a fantastic globally inspired selection; Oaxaca eggs (omelette ribbons with spicy tomato), Lebanese (Labneh, poached eggs, harissa & za’atar) and Scandinavian (smoked salmon, poached eggs & greens).

For those looking for something lighter there’s a a range of breakfast brioche buns which come with include all your usual favourites with meat sourced locally from Wenlock Farm, American pancakes and daily salad box specials; masala slaw, chick pea, hummus, lentil & olive, alongside chicken shawarma and cauliflower pakoras.

Looking for something sweet? Give the Labneh (Lebanese / Greek) doughnuts served with toffee sauce a try. You’ll also find their popular cinnamon buns, lemon scone served with lemon curd & clotted cream, lemon yum yums, dark chocolate brownies, carrot cake or peanut & sesame flapjack.

With the option to takeaway, there’s plenty of space on the nearby green beside the River Teme and weir. Additionally there’s a non-bookable riverside terraced seating area with fantastic views across the weir and the seating inside can be booked in advance too.

Coffee is roasted by Hundred House Coffee with milk from Mawley Town Farm, alongside loose lead tea from Trumpers Tea in Hereford.
