Established in 1910 and based in Holt Heath since the 1930s, Broomfield’s boasts both an excellent farm shop and farm kitchen where you’ll find tasty, locally sourced savoury meals and snacks, homemade cakes, cream teas and much needed coffee when cycling around Worcestershire.

Breakfast is served all day an includes a fabulous butter bean vegan or full English breakfast alongside eggs Benedict, avocado & poached egg, French toast, granola or the cyclist staple, bacon or sausage bap.

For lunch the seasonal menu includes a large range of salads, sandwiches, burgers, homemade soup, teacakes, scotch eggs and cream teas.

As for cakes they’re homemade and flavours include a fabulous coffee & walnut, Victoria sponge or carrot. There’s also a selection of tray-bakes including brownies, brookies (recommended, a delicious combo of cookie vs brownie), flapjacks and millionaire shortbread.

The restaurant which is sat on the former pack-house for apples and pears in the 1940s has plenty of seating indoors for medium sized cycling groups with outdoor seating available too. Do note weekends tend to get very busy so there may be a slight wait for a table.
